Kilimanjaro Trek via Lemosho Route (7 Days)

The Lemosho route offers excellent acclimatization and is among the most scenic yet less-traveled paths to the Shira Plateau.

It is one of the few routes where groups may be accompanied by an armed ranger on the first day due to the presence of buffalo, elephants, and other wildlife in the forests around Lemosho Glades.

While the minimum duration for this route is six days, we highly recommend a seven-day trek. The extra day allows for better acclimatization, reducing the risk of altitude sickness and providing more rest before the summit attempt.
